Connecting to the In2cable High Speed service with Windows XP

If you use Windows XP, you can connect to the In2cable High Speed Edition service by following  these instructions.

  1. Click the Start menu, then click Control Panel.
  2. In the Control Panel window, click Network and Internet Connections.
  3. Click the Set up or change your Internet connection.
  4. The Internet Properties window appears. Click Setup.

  5. The New Connection Wizard appears. Click Next.
  6. On the next screen, click Connect to the Internet, then click Next.
  7. On the next screen, click Set up my connection manually, then click Next.
  8. On the next screen, click the second option, Connect using a broadband connection that requires a username and password, then click Next.

  9. On the next screen, you will be asked for a name for the connection. Type In2net, then click Next.
  10. Type your username and password in the appropriate boxes, then click Next.

  11. On the last screen of the New Connection Wizard, check the box marked Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop then click Finish.
  12. Double-click the connection icon on the desktop.

  13. Click the Connect button to connect to the In2cable High Speed Edition service.
