Rakesh Upadhyay is a telecom industry veteran who comes with over 24 years of experience in the Network planning & implementation space.
Rakesh is playing a pivotal role in transforming OIL’s core, aggregate and access network. He and his team are creating a robust backend infrastructure to provide the highest standards of network resilience to ensure an always-on-high-speed-internet access connectivity to our customers on FTTH GPON technology.
He has strengthened OIL’s network to become much enhanced and robust; and his people organisation and processes from being reactive to proactive.
Lakshminarayanan CS is a senior financial professional with over 22 years of rich experience with a penchant for technology-led transformations in systems. In his current capacity, Lakshminarayanan is instituting best practices in Finance and Technology that have made OIL’s organisational processes simpler and more transparent.
He believes that the company has created a niche in the industry and is continuously evolving along with its ecosystem partners.
Sanjeev Agarwal has over two decades of cross functional experience in the Telecom Services business. He is responsible for driving Company’s Franchise business, Customer Operations & CARE and creating & managing Strategic Alliances for the Company.
Sanjeev has demonstrated growth across his overall responsibilities assigned from growing Company’s channel partner base to market share as well as enhancing customer experience to ensure profitability.
Satyaprakash Singh (SPS) has over 22 years of experience in the field of Telecom & Office Automation businesses. SPS is responsible for managing company’s Direct FTTH, ISPs & Enterprise BU and drive Government business and manage regulatory framework based out of Delhi.
SPS has been instrumental in creating & growing the Company’s North & East India markets from scratch and evolve these markets by gaining substantial visibility & market share for our brand.
Vaishali Thakur comes with over 20 years of progressive experience in Global Human Resource management across media and telecom industries. Vaishali is developing and sustaining scalable leading-edge HR systems and practices for the organisation.
She and her team work towards inculcating a collaborative, healthy and lively work culture at OIL. Their focus is on implementing a cohesive talent strategy focussed on attracting, retaining and developing ambitious as well as entrepreneurial talent.
Sandeep Patnaik has 19 years of expertise in the BSS-OSS IT Systems implementation and Service Management & Operations for Telco ISPs. Sandeep is leading the charge to transition OIL’s Business Support Systems to build a future ready and scalable infrastructure that supports the customers & organization’s growing needs.
He and his team are responsible for building an Always-ON, Highly Available system benchmarked to the world’s finest Tier-1 providers.
Mehul Sampat comes with over 20 years of experience in the Telecom/ISP vertical with cross functional experience in Technology & Product Management roles.
Mehul plays a vital role in defining a differentiated offering to OIL’s customers. He and his team are involved in Product Concept to Launch, Marketing Communications, Digital & PR, Product Lifecycle activities-including gathering & prioritizing customer requirements to ensure Market Share, ARPU, and Customer Satisfaction goals are met.
